Travel Packages are non-transferable. Only the person(s) listed on the sign-up form may use the Package. The reselling of Packages is strictly prohibited and resold Packages will not be honored.
The purpose of a Travel Package is for a group of people to experience the camaraderie of hanging out with each other and seeing a show (or a few shows) together. In order to offer these Packages at the optimum price, they must be offered as a whole, and not 'a la carte.' We realize that not everyone can participate in every Package, so we generally offer Packages in various locations, of different lengths and prices.
We cannot assign a roommate for you; however, if you would like to participate in the Package, you can sign up for a Single Occupancy room for a slightly higher rate.
This varies with each Package. Check with your customer care representative for availability and additional costs when you sign up for the Package and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

In most instances, assignment of seat locations is done randomly. Typically, tickets are placed in unmarked envelopes, from which participants draw their selections at random.
Tickets for those who sign up under one reservation will be seated together. For instance, if Tommy Smith and Angie Jones sign up together and are rooming together, their tickets will be together.
Many factors go into determining the location of a Package. We sometimes offer more than one show as part of the Package, so we look for interesting locations where two shows are within driving distance of each other. Hotel availability is also a factor.
Packages can sell out very quickly! The number of fans on the Package is usually between 50-100.
This varies per Package. Usually meals are not provided, but some hotel properties offer complimentary breakfasts.
Since participants are coming from all parts of the globe, you are responsible for getting to and from the Travel Package cities.
Yes, an online sign-up form will be provided. You can also call Customer Care during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm PT. You may sign up then with a credit card or place a reservation and mail in a money order. Money orders must be received within 48 hours of your reservation or the reservation will be released. DO NOT book your airfare until you have been officially confirmed on the Package.
Once you've signed up and we have charged your credit card, we will send you a confirmation email. Expect this email in about 5-10 business days after you sign up. This email will contain paperwork which you will need to fill out and either fax or email back to us. Once we receive this paperwork back from you, you will be sent a final confirmation email.
Both Fan Asylum and the Rolling Stones (through, or independent of, the Rolling Stone's management) expressly reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at their discretion.
If you have purchased a Travel Package through any Fan Asylum site, please make sure you read these rules carefully. Because the Travel Packages offer benefits not generally available to the public, because there will be other fans with you on the Travel Package, and because we need to maintain satisfactory relationships with the Artists and venues in order to continue to offer these unique experiences, the purchase of the Travel Packages is subject to certain conditions. These conditions and rules are for everyone's safety, enjoyment, and privacy. Failure to abide by these terms is sufficient grounds for us, at our sole discretion, to revoke your Travel Package, cancel your purchase and refund your money, or to impose lesser restrictions ( i.e. cancelling privileges such as attendance at a “meet & greet”).
If we have to revoke your purchase, we will not be responsible for any loss, cost or damages other than the refund of the sum you have paid us. This means you will not be compensated by us for any other expenses you have incurred with respect to the Travel Package, including but not limited to travel expenses.
Travel package reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable. Travel package reservations may not be resold whole or in part for any reason.
